GEOTHERMAL HEATING & COOLING

In super-insulated buildings, heat pumps perform at their best — and no energy source is more efficient than geothermal. By tapping into the earth’s stable 52°F temperature, geothermal heat pumps provide highly efficient heating and cooling throughout the year.

The Bridge goes a step further with the addition of a passive geothermal system. Instead of providing energy for a heat pump, this system uses the steady temperature of the ground to pre-condition incoming fresh air, helping to regulate temperature, humidity and reduce the energy needed to heat or cool the home.

WHOLE-HOUSE WATER FILTRATION

The Bridge features a whole-house water filtration system that ensures clean, high-quality water from every tap. This advanced system removes sediment, chlorine, heavy metals, and other common contaminants, improving both the taste and safety of the water throughout the home.

The Bridge features an on-demand hot water recirculation system that delivers hot water to the point of use quickly and efficiently—eliminating the need to run water down the drain while you wait. With the push of a button, a lighted indicator lets you know when hot water is ready, reducing wait times at the faucet to seconds instead of minutes.

The bathrooms and kitchen are connected to their own dedicated return line and pump for faster, improving both speed and efficiency. This system not only enhances everyday convenience—it also conserves hundreds of thousands of gallons of purified water each year, making it as sustainable as it is smart.

EFFICIENT PLUMBING SYSTEMS

The Bridge’s plumbing system is designed for maximum efficiency, hygiene, and sustainability. In addition to on-demand hot water recirculation and whole-house filtration, the building features heat recovery drains that reclaim up to 60% of the energy from hot water exiting showers and sinks.

A state-of-the-art dual heat pump provides the most efficient water heating available on the market —storing water at 145°F to eliminate microbes, then safely tempering it for comfortable use.

Water is delivered through premium Uponor PEX-a supply lines, ensuring durability, efficiency, and clean, filtered water throughout the home. Even the drainage system is designed with sustainability in mind, using ABS piping, a more environmentally responsible alternative to PVC. Every detail of the system reflects a commitment to health, performance, and thoughtful resource conservation.
